OFICIAR al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga, Sala de Decisión Penal, para que realice las gestiones que garanticen el cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-755 de 2009 proferida por la Sala Sexta de Revisión e informe a esta Corporación, en un término que no podrá ser superior a veinte (20) días contados a partir de la notificación del presente auto, las actuaciones adelantadas para dicho fin.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR copia del presente auto al peticionario de la solicitud de la referencia.
